Mary Kelly
Spink County Coalition Executive Director
Mary brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, youth programming, and community outreach. As Executive Director, she oversees daily operations, program development, partnerships, and student leadership engagement across Redfield and surrounding areas.
Heidi Appel
Spink Co Coalition Administrative Director
Heidi serves as the Administrative Director of the Coalition. She is primarily responsible for grant and fiscal management and executing the programs that align with the Coalition’s goals and objectives.

Kendra is the Redfield School Principal focused on student engagement and mental health, ensuring our work remains youth-centered and school-connected.
